Cross Lake Partners is an independent, privately held real estate investment firm spun out of Paulson & Co.’s real estate division. Leading up to the launch of its first solo fund, our groundfloor-branding included creating the company’s name and logo as well as the design of the website.
Prescience Point is a private investment manager that wanted to promote its investigative research reports to a wider audience beyond the investment community. In order to achieve this broader appeal, we refreshed the Prescience Point logo, redesigned the website, and created visually striking and consistent print collateral and marketing materials.
