Building a campaign to inspire home healthcare careers.
Ladders to Value is New York State’s Workforce Investment Organization (WIO) for the 1199SEIU healthcare workers union.
Its leadership engaged North Street to develop the visual identity for a campaign to attract new home healthcare workers to its ranks. Using the “Caring is You” campaign headline as our anchor, we devised a visual language rooted in warmth and empathy in order to speak to an audience that values caring for others.

Once established, the campaign aesthetic was translated to the communication channels we determined most effective at reaching the target audience: landing pages, out-of-home and print ads, event swag, etc.
