Composing a brand campaign to celebrate a landmark anniversary.
The Brooklyn Music School’s 2019 annual gala was also a celebration of the institution’s 110-year anniversary.
The school engaged North Street to devise a visual identity for its fundraising campaign to fuel the modernization of the existing space and expansion into an adjacent building.

Inspired by classic jazz record art designed by Alex Steinweiss and Reid Miles, the identity system is marked by a bright color palette, scintillating lines, and shapes abstracted from musical instruments. It was brought to life through gala invitations, social media imagery, and event graphics.
